Our classes range from 1 -3 hours depending on the level. Classes are structured and are coached by Gymnastic Australia qualified coaches. Classes are conducted in a safe and well-equipped environment.
Our goal is to unsure gymnastics can be enjoyed by everyone. We work with atheletes to find a class that is the right fit for you. We also offer one free lesson to anyone who is interested in joining our classes. Training sessions are fully supervised by our coaches who are qualified in first aid and are accredited by Gymnastics Australia.
Trampolining is a great way to stay fit, challenge yourself and get your body moving in new ways. Whether you are an ex-gymnast wanting to re-live their gymnastics day or a complete beginner these classes cater for all levels.
Athletes in these programs train 4 – 10 hours per week and compete at several competitions throughout the year. Our competitive program entry is via assessment only.
